Chef Keith Taylor first came up with the concept
of 'Sami Rose' in honor of his grandmother and his families southern roots.
And after years of experience with restaurants from
Disney World Resorts to Manhattan and hospitality/culinary training at Cornell,
School of Hotel Administration and The Culinary Arts Institute, as well as, high
profile events with NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA and several celebrity events Sami Rose
Culinary Productions was born.
